The writer's life, my life is a life of poetry, lyrics, journalist, blogger, screen writer, a collector of words and experiences.

I have written many things. My writer's life goes in cycles: Janet the poet; the romance novelist with a french accent, a news reporter, tough journalist, spiritually enlightened author, journal writer, all phases of my writer's life.

Written experiences are why we read and what we hope for, why we escape to the movies. I promised myself I would not get caught up with some one whom I care for deeply. I have a relationship with someone who knew me in my before life - before tragedy. He knew me then and he knows me now. He is every woman's list. Fun, smart, financially independent, good looking, great taste in clothes, doesn't need any (much) work. On the exterior he is fabulous; emotionally he's removed. I just don't think as much as he sends the signals that he wants them to be intercepted. I think he just wants to send the signals.

The blogger is supposed to weave experience with a diary journal and hope for the best. The experience of a writer's life in Manhattan is filled with recording more than history "for that," as Lawrence Durell said in The Alexandria Quartet, "is simply an Historian."

A writer combines experiences and moves them into settings - like the clothing in a J.P. Peterman Catalogue. I saw a white gauze shirt by Ralph Lauren during a recent trip to Lord & Taylor's and then the white shirt became, "The white gauze shirt shown against the black diamond sky as we laughed over our missed train through the Sahara."

The writer's life for me. S0me times fun, some times sad, some times my escape into a life I never had, but always, the only life for me.

until later.

A Writer's Life For Me.

Today, I begin a New Chapter in an old saga.

I have been writing for almost twenty years. My writer's life began with pen and paper advancing, like technology, well more slowly then technology, but advancing.

I was recently locked out of my web writing employment for investigating the truth of a crime frenzy in Manhattan.

A writer's life take on many lives. The Mind of a Screen Writer - a movie idea, an Albert Brook's style comedy. I thought of this last night, as I paused, well pausing, I paused. No, I paused and thought Manhattan comes alive when the light turns green. So I paused on Broadway and thought - The Mind of a Screen Writer - as I walked, metrocard in hand, down the subway steps and thought about the Mind of a Screen Writer detailing every movement of the character.

So pausing for a moment after I had been deleted from as a news writer at an up and coming news servicefor posting a story on the ROLLING STONES. Scooping the world press! I decided to blog; and really I had to look up the definition of what style of writing is blogging. So as I combine my experiences with a diary journal on the web I'll add my famous News Stories that detail an incredible journey of greed, crime, and hate. If you missed yesterday's posting here it is today.

And as they say in the News Business: I stand by my story.

New York, NY – Members of the legendary rock and roll band The Rolling Stones were allegedly held hostage and assaulted during the press check-in and seating at the tony Juilliard School on Manhattan's Upper West Side as they prepared to announce their 2005 World Tour.

A man who was identified by a member of the Press Corp as Carter Conlon, Sr. Pastor of Times Square Church, was seen dressed in full New York Police Department uniform escorting a Ron Wood impersonator inside the barricades while the Press waited outside Lincoln Center's Vivian Beaumont Theater prior to check-in in May of 2005.

Allegedly, during the three-song set, premier guitarist Ron Wood was held as insurance and assaulted while the other members of the Rolling Stones began the sampling with their traditional "Start Me Up."

The impersonator identified as Neil Rhodes, Associate Pastor of Times Square Church, was dressed in a white suit and was standing in the background opposite drummer Charlie Watts away from public view.

NYPD made their presence known prior to the press check-in as they sent teams to survey and identify members of the press.

Carter Conlon has run the Upper West Side with the same ease as former underworld boss, Dapper Don, John Gotti since the early 1990's. His involvement in many un-investigated and therefore un-prosecuted crimes stems from his knowledge of both sides of the law as he is a former Canadian Police Officer and has the knowledge of how to entice and silence investigations.

Conlon, who impersonates with ease members of the NYPD detectives squad, instructed area newspapers and other media not to "run the story" and would have collected all press contacts. His assistance from Mid-town North Sergeant Hines and members of the 2-0, Manhattan's Upper West Side prescient, has made it possible for Conlon to escape numerous criminal investigations.

Conlon, as Sr. Pastor of David Wilkerson's Times Square Church announced to the congregation, immediately after the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, a donation to the, New York Police Department's, Mid-Town North prescient of 250,000 dollars and to the New York Fire Department located at Eighth Avenue and 49th Street a 750,000 dollar donation.

The Stones went on to one of their most successful World Tours capping it off with a Super Bowl Half-Time performance and a documentary filmed by, newly knighted Oscar winner, Martin Scorsese live at New York's Beacon Theater.

At press time statements from the Rolling Stones representatives and the NYPD were unavailable.

This story a world-wide scoop was deleted and locked out of circulation by my web employment.

So, until later - it is a writer's life for me in Manhattan. Unless my movie idea gets optioned and then it is a writer's life for me in Hollywood.
